How are your New Year's Resolutions coming? One of my goals for the new year was to start leading a more balanced lifestyle between home and school. As someone who gets up before six each morning, out the door by seven, drives thirty minutes to work and then teaches from 8-3 with a less than thirty minute lunch break, I struggle with being disciplined enough to make and pack myself decent meal options for my work day.
